This policy describes what data the nGate website collects, how it is used, and what rights you have under applicable privacy law.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Contact form

When you submit the contact form on /contact, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • Your message

This data is stored in a internal database accessible only to the nubo team. We use it exclusively to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.2 Analytics cookies (GA4)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, referral source, time on page). GA4 sets cookies only after you consent via the Cookiebot banner. No analytics data is collected before consent is given.

Data is processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the cookie preferences link in the footer.

2.3 Anti-spam (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated submissions. Turnstile processes your browser attributes to generate a token. No persistent cookies are set. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

2.4 nGate product (on-premises software)

nGate is an on-premises integration gateway that runs entirely on the customer's local network, alongside the Acre SPC intrusion panel and the Nx Witness / Nx Meta video management server. The nGate product may process the following data on behalf of the customer:

  • Alarm events from Acre SPC panels (zone triggers, area arm/disarm, tamper alerts) and zone states
  • Control commands (arm/disarm areas, bypass/unbypass zones)
  • Nx Server API credentials and Acre FlexC connection details
  • Floor plan images with zone-to-camera mappings, user roles, and audit logs

Zero cloud dependency. No security data is transmitted to nubo or to any third party. nubo does not collect, store, or have remote access to any alarm, video, or credential data processed by nGate installations. The customer is the sole data controller for all data processed by their nGate instance.

This website is not the product. The marketing website at ngate.nubo.fr does not process, store, or have access to any of the security data handled by nGate product installations. The website only collects data as described in sections 2.1–2.3 above.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Contact form: Legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Analytics: Consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • nGate product:Data processing is performed locally under the customer's own legal basis. nubo acts as software provider only, not as data processor.

4. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per Google's default 14-month rolling window.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR (if applicable to you), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France's data protection authority) at cnil.fr.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
