Sub-second event forwarding
Acre SPC zone and area events are forwarded to the Nx event timeline in under one second. Measured against the event log timestamp — no polling delay.
Two-way control
Arm and disarm areas, bypass and unbypass zones directly from the Nx interface. No keypad, no separate application.
Embedded live map
The nGate live floor plan is embedded inside Nx Desktop via the Web Page layout item. Zone states update in real time next to your camera tiles.
Role-based access control
Permissions are derived from Nx Groups. Operators see the live map and trigger actions on devices. Configuration is reserved to administrators — no extra user management layer.
Offline license activation
No internet dependency at activation time. The buyer pays before and receives a magic link that allows the installer to unlock the license at activation time, after he generated a cryptographic signature on the machine where the plugin is installed. The process is fully asynchronous.
Compatible with Nx automation rules
Events generated by the plugin are then pushed to Nx as Nx events. Feed them directly into Nx automation rules to trigger camera recording, bookmarks, notifications, or any other Nx action.

nGate uses the native Acre FlexC protocol and the Nx HTTP API — no middleware, no polling, no fragile screen-scraping.
Floor plan with real-time zone states
Place your Acre SPC zones on floor plan images inside the nGate interface. Zone states (normal, alarmed, bypassed) update in real time via the FlexC connection. The map is served over HTTPS and embedded directly as an Nx Web Page layout item — no extra monitors, no alt-tabbing.
Every Acre event in the Nx timeline
nGate listens to the Acre FlexC feed and converts zone triggers, area arm/disarm events, and tamper alerts into Nx Generic Events. They appear in the Nx event timeline with the correct timestamp, can trigger camera recording rules using Nx automation rules, and can activate any Nx automation — all without custom scripting.
Arm, disarm, bypass — without leaving Nx
Send commands back to the Acre panel via FlexC from within the nGate interface embedded in Nx Desktop. Arm or disarm areas, bypass or unbypass individual zones. Access is controlled by nGate user roles — operators only see what they are permitted to control.

Up and running in three steps
nGate is installed on the same network as your Acre panel and Nx Server. No cloud dependency, no recurring connector fee.
Connect
Point nGate at your Acre SPC panel using the FlexC TCP address and port, then enter your Nx Server URL and API credentials. nGate validates both connections and reports status immediately.
Map
Upload floor plan images, drag your Acre zones onto the correct positions, and link cameras to zones. Mapping takes minutes for a typical building.
Operate
Open Nx Desktop and add the nGate Web Page item to a layout alongside your camera tiles. Alarm events appear in the Nx timeline, cameras pop up on zone triggers, and arm/disarm controls are a click away.

nGate is licensed per alarm device — one straightforward metric that scales with your deployment, not with your site count or panel count.
Per-device pricing
Based on the total number of alarm devices across all panels. No per-site or per-panel fees.

Volume discounts
